Terms & Conditions

Alishba Holidays, hereinafter referred to as the Company, accepts bookings subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which form the complete agreement between the parties.

The Booking

This booking and contract is deemed concluded in Agra, India, and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Agra. The Company reserves the right to pursue claims in the Civil Court of Agra if appropriate.

All prices, services, and departures are accurate at the time of publication but subject to change without notice.
The Company may adjust tour prices due to rising tariffs, costs, entry fees, or exchange rate fluctuations, at its sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to decline any booking without reason.
No booking is confirmed until a written confirmation is issued to the client/agent, full payment is received, and all cheques cleared.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable 30% deposit secures the booking and offsets the total trip cost.
Full payment is due 28 days before departure. Failure to pay treats the booking as cancelled, forfeiting the deposit.
Bookings within 28 days of departure require immediate full payment.

Cancellations

The Company retains the full deposit on any cancellation.
Cancellations less than 28 days before departure incur:

28-15 days: 50% fee

14-7 days: 75% fee

6-0 days: 100% fee

Passengers joining late, not joining, or leaving early forfeit all refunds and cannot claim extra expenses.
Tour changes incur a standard fee; within 28 days, standard cancellation fees apply.
The Company may cancel tours at its discretion without notice if unavoidable, refunding only paid amounts. No further claims for damages apply.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for valid passports (with 3-4 blank pages), visas, health certificates, vaccinations, and other documents.
The Company is not liable for issues arising from incomplete documentation.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical coverage with air evacuation, is mandatory.
Clients must provide proof before travel; any issues are their sole responsibility.

Baggage

Clients are responsible for all baggage and effects. The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage.
Excess baggage may be refused.

Risk and Liability

Tours involve inherent risks. The Company, its agents, and representatives are not liable for injury, loss of life, property damage, or other claims. Clients indemnify the Company fully and accept all risks.

Health

Clients must be physically fit for the tour. Those over 65 require a medical certificate confirming fitness.

Authority on Tour

The tour guide/driver's decisions are final. Clients must follow local laws, customs, and regulations.
Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund; clients arrange return at own expense.

Photos and Marketing

You consent to Alishba Holidays using your trip photos for advertising in any medium. This grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license.

Optional Activities

Optional activities are not part of the tour or contract. Any assistance in arranging them does not imply Company liability. Contracts are directly with providers.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or changes due to war, breakdowns, weather, riots, or other uncontrollable events.

Travel Documents

Upon booking, clients receive a tour dossier and pre-departure info. It is their responsibility to review these.
